Join us for an exciting opportunity on Wednesday, November 1st, National Take Our Kids to Work Day, where we invite grade 9 students to dive into the world of work!
November also marks Canadian Financial Literacy Month, and in celebration of this, the IIAC is hosting an engaging workshop tailored for grade 9 students. Our aim is to provide them with valuable insights into financial literacy through hands-on experience.
In this interactive workshop, students will have the chance to learn essential skills like budgeting earned income, effectively allocating funds to different categories while prioritizing saving, and making informed spending decisions by distinguishing needs from wants.
This enriching workshop will be led by Maya Corbic, CPA, CA who is the CFO of IIAC, and also serving as the CEO of Dinarii Financial Education Academy (www.dinarii.com). With over a decade of experience in inspiring and educating youth, Maya is passionate about guiding the younger generation toward financial independence. You can also follow her popular Instagram account @teach.kids.money for more valuable insights.
Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to empower your child with financial knowledge and skills that will set them on the path to a successful future. The spots are limited. Sign up today!
