This workshop will provide attendees with grassroots knowledge, tools, and tips for ensuring an effective risk management framework. Delegates will touch on the classification of various types of risks, and how to effectively identify, measure (both qualitatively and quantitatively), mitigate and control risk exposures. Attendees will learn the baseline fundamentals of an enterprise risk management framework that is scalable and defensible for both audit and regulatory purposes. Finally, this workshop will explore the purpose and value of creating an organizational risk profile, risk tolerance and risk appetite statement.
