IIAC: Further Recommendations for Short Sales and Failed Trades

In anticipation of CIRO’s intention to revise Proposed Amendments Respecting the Reasonable Expectation to Settle a Short Sale and Proposed Guidance on UMIR Requirements Related to Short Selling and Failed Trades, this fall, the IIAC wrote to CIRO on August 30, 2024 summarizing our further recommendations this summer.
