In collaboration with 3rd Quartile, the IIAC is providing a webinar to discuss the results and provide additional insights from our 2019 Investment Industry Compensation Survey.
The survey was issued this past summer and the data from participant firms represents a cross section of IIAC membership, including large, mid-sized and small firms from across the country, and from across a broad-range of functional areas, including administrative, compliance, finance and technical support. Compensation studies, such as this one, provide vital information to help firms attract, support and retain employees in a highly competitive environment and should be part of every firm’s overall HR and organizational plan.
The webinar will discuss the survey results at a high level, current industry trends, competitive compensation policies and more.
