The IIAC responded to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Notice soliciting comments on the Burden Related to the Qualified Intermediary (QI), Withholding Foreign Partnership (WP), and Withholding Foreign Trust (WT) Application and Account Management System (QAAMS).

Our comments generally reflect input from IIAC members who are already full withholding QIs and who use the system.
